International Talent Programme
Aker Solutions’ international talent programme is an intensive two-year on-the-job learning experience. The programme is tailored to fit the talents’ background, capabilities and personal preferences. It consists of three international assignments covering different businesses and regions in Aker Solutions’ global organisation. We need talented individuals to join the programme who
will help expand our capabilities to win and execute new business in growth markets. This year we are recruiting from Brazil, Malaysia, Norway, USA and UK.
We are looking for:
Business talents with an international mindset
Qualifications:
• Business education at master level and preferably an
engineering degree
• Recently graduated with maximum of 3 years of job
experience after graduation
• Practical experience from the oil and gas industry
preferred
• International experience with fluency in English
Personal qualities:
• Proactive and analytical
• Commercial drive and deliver results
• Capability to adapt to change
• Ability to build trusted relationship cross cultures
• “Hands-on” attitude
