Norwegians prepare well for studies in the USA

Then you get help in the application process to get into an American college.

- American College of Norway offers the first year of an American Bachelor degree. You study one year in Moss and two or three years in the USA, says student advisor Susanna Bjerke.

• Increase in number of students abroad

Together with the students Caroline Ryde and Linda Schyll, she answers questions from the students.

- The students want to know which courses they can take in the USA. They also want to know i where in the USA they can study they can study, Bjerke elaborates.

The students at the school can get financial support from Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund, she says, and they can also live on campus.

After the first year in Moss the students can apply to any college in the USA. ACN-employees offers support through the whole process: with the application papers, visa, loans and many other things.
