Our graduate programme is aimed at applicants who have recently graduated. The programme accelerates the learning and development of new employees and supports our international ambitions.
We offer on-the-job learning based on rotations of varying length and scope according to professional area, deployment matching your individual development goals to our business needs, and training sessions to increase your understanding of energy realities and our company’s value chain.
